Cancellations will be considered only if the Service is not used within 30 days of purchase.
There is no cancellation of orders placed after 30 days. No cancellations are entertained for those services that the Techypix Ltd marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.
These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible for occasional offers. Techypix Ltd does not accept cancellation requests for 30 days of used services.
In case you feel that the Service received is not up to the mark as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours.

The Service purchased from Techypix Ltd can be refunded within 30 days of the date of purchase if the service is not used or activated, however, the refund can also be provided after 30 days of the date of purchase if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities,
we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you are requesting a refund. we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
Techypix Ltd team reviews the customer’s reason for the refund and once we confirm the refund request we immediately process the refund which will be provided back to the customer within 10 to 15 business days.
